Attached is a photo of my right rear trunk compartment. I do not see the jack. Is this where it should be stored?

Thanks. It is there. Its under a piece of foam exactly as in the diagram

the screw driver is missing, trying to figure if there is anything special about the screwdriver and if I can just substitute one in there.
