Has anyone actually measured both rotors? Done a side-by-side comparison?
I didn't pay much attention to my front rotor and caliper on my AWD when I last rotated the tires but if you measure the distance between the rotor top and the lowest part of the caliper, that distance will give us more information that is needed.
EDIT: I looked at the front rotor and the caliper. There is less than 1/8" clearance between them so the absolute largest rotor without changing anything else would be about 13.35, well short of 14".
For the record, a larger rotor improves braking in a few ways. For one, it is a longer torque arm and requires less pedal pressure if using the same caliper. The 14" rotor has a circumference of 43.982" while the 13.1" rotor is only 41.155" for a 6.87% greater distance traveled per revolution for the same tire rotation. This allows finer control. Not by much but some.
Second, larger rotors can absorb more heat and remain useable longer under harsh conditions before the start to fade or warp.

But then, can I mount the 13.1 inch rotors in my car or not?
If it didn't come with 13.1" rotors, I'm going to say no.
It comes with 14". But my car is a luxury, not sport, however, it comes with 14", so the question is, would the previous owner of the car change the rotors and calipers or just the rotors?
hi, Definitely all 4GS models use the exact same front caliper or not? I have 2013 Gs450h Luxury and my rotors are 14 inch. (I assume the previous owner would replace the brakes with the F-sport ones.).....
Textar pads references are: TEXTAR 2032501 for non sports models and TEXTAR 2496501 for Sport models.....
TEXTAR 2032501 heigh is 77,3 and TEXTAR 2496501 is 78,5......
And here my car with Jurid Rotors 562949JC-1 rotor(Jurid says that 562949JC-1 rotor is compatible with LEXUS (43512-30371), but Jurid 562949JC-1 is 13,1 inch and Lexus 43512-30371 is 14 inch, which makes me think that the sport version (14" rotor) could have the same caliper as the non-sport version (13.1" Rotor)....
My mechanic told me that he didn't mount the rotor for me because being 13.1" it wasn't compatible with my car (14"), but if the caliper of the 14" sport models is the same as that of the 13.1" non-sport models then maybe he could install it, right?

Having examined that picture, clearly you will never use more than 2/3 of the rotor. The pads will never see the inner 1/3 of that rotor.
So I can't use 13.1 rotors right? It would be dangerous?
You have to get the 14" rotors. The pad is not suppose to stick out over the edge of the rotor. That's what it looks like will be the case since your rotor has a .45" shorter radius. This will most likely introduce problems later on. Not to mention your compromising your front braking capability/safety, for what argue with your mechanic to save a few dollars?

Fsport rwd definitely has different calipers than the other trim levels. I have a set I am retrofitting onto my base model GS. Just going through the hassle of trying to get the calipers chemically stripped so I can have them powder coated.

Yes one piece or 2 piece doesn't matter as long as it's the same size.
They have slightly different calipers. Here are photos of f sport vs regular. They both fit and you can upgrade to f sport calipers and brake disks if your rims are big enough.
