So guys I screwed up yesterday and picked up 18inch (almost new) Niche Rims for my 2013 GS 350 Non F-Sport Edition thinking they would be a perfect fit for my car as Carid shows.
Turns out that the offset on these rims 40 mm while the offset on the OEM Rims is 45mm. Currently the wheels are hitting the front calipers.
What are my options ? A few folks mentioned spacers but not sure if that is a route I should go down on ? Should I just look into reselling these rims ?

I wonder if this small difference would be an issue if the wheels were 19 inch vs. 18....?
Is that safe to use ? I heard some mixed opinions on the use of spacers ! How many years and miles did you use it for ?
I have had them for 15k miles. Yes it's 100% safe with extended studs, that way the nut has the same amount of turns as on oem studs. These are also hub centric and well made.
Spacers only start to affect your suspension geometry and can be unsafe when you go over 20mm+, but installed correctly they are 100% safe.
Got you. Also no vibrations in the steering wheel ?? A few shops I called said they don't recommend even 5 mm spacers and won't touch a car with spacers on it which makes me wonder

No vibrations, the H&R spacers are made for this car, balanced, hub centric, and made in Germany. I used h&R spacers on another car also and no issues.
You need extended studs with 5 mm spacers I would not run the spacers without changing the oem studs.
Are the extended studs included in the $70 package ? Anything else I would need to buy other than the spacers, longer studs ?
Yes the package includes the spacers and the extended studs. Nothing else to buy. When I had it installed last year my local tire shop only charged 2 hours labor to swap the studs. but this is also the same shop I bought the tires from. Other shops I called charge double.
