Default Vacuumed up a surprise (be forewarned)

Discovered a nice touch to the GS350 door design yesterday by accident. While vacuuming I noticed some debris in the part of the interior door armrest used as the hand-grab when closing the door. Naturally, I stuck the vacuum down in to suck up the debris. Immediately I heard a "zoop" and saw something pulled up from the door grab into the vac head. Looking into the vac head I found a piece of thick felt stuck there. Until now, I didn't realize that Lexus placed a nice piece of felt in the door grab to provide a nice finish. Luckily I was able to pull the felt out of the vac head before it was sucked into commercial-vac oblivion.

But now I realize that I'm missing this piece in other doors. Does anyone know the part number for this piece? I can't seem to find it...may need to call the dealer for help.

Be careful when vacuuming so you don't lose yours.

You aren't the first and won't be the last.

I did that myself at a car wash with their high powered vacuums. Luckily it just stuck to the vacuum and didn’t deform it in any way, so I was able to just lay it back down in there. But I’m a lot more careful vacuuming down in there now.

I should have tried the Search before posting! Maybe it can serve as a reminder for new-to-the-forum members. JDR76, thanks for the link

I got them on ebay in Jul 2018, doesn't look like it's available anymore, but the same description appears here:
11pcs Non Slip Door slot cup holder mat storage interior gate slot pad mats for Lexus GS250 GS350 GS450h 2012 2013 2014 2015

Quality is good, not luxurious. I test fit them in my 18 and they fit, not so great that I'd use them today, but if my interior was older and worn, I'd use them.
Cup holder, center console, front and rear doors.

Oh I thought the first pic you put was felt, but it's all rubber mats?

Bought them for mine too, black with red accent. They really do help keep things from moving around (change, keys, etc.), cleanup of cup holder is so much easier, and they look good.
