I just buy the oem rubber wiper inserts and replace them. I think last time I bought a few sets it came out to $5-8 per strip. So my car has the oem wipers from new just replace the rubber. It's easy to swap the rubber part.

My Infiniti FX35 started having the same issue one day and so I replaced the wipers to no avail. The squealing was so annoying and it didn't matter that the windshield was totally wet so I bought a brand new 2nd set and the problem persisted. I then saw a video on Youtube recommending silicone blades so I ordered a set of PIAA silicone blades and that solved my problem. I will buy these blades from now on. They are a little pricey but worth it. I purchased mine from Amazon.
