Default Weird noise while driving

When I drive, I'm hearing like a whistling noise that sounds like some type of rattling.

It's hard to explain but it's on the passenger side maybe rear wheel.

My homeboy said I probably need to put more air in the tire but I don't get how that will make noise.

My tired are usually 43psi for front and 42 for the rear.

Naturally when I get time, I'll take it to a tire shop or mechanic

Do you have the stock wheels on the car? That PSI is pretty high...

In that case, it's way too high. The recommended cold pressure should be ~35 PSI. First order of business should be to let some air out of all four tires. That may not solve the noise issue but you'll get a much better (and safer) ride.

Upon inspection of my tired I see my back rim have 2 dents on it. I'm wondering if that would produce a noise while riding
