Error code po441
Old thread, but it helped me a lot in figuring out my problem.
Got the same P0441 error code after changing out my spark plugs. Couldn't figure out what was disconnected, as everything on top seemed fine.
I believe the picture may show the same area where my hose was disconnected. The hose goes under the intake tube from there to the purge valve on top. The stock intake has a clip in the middle that holds onto this tube. I had not noticed this, so when I went to remove the intake, it yanked the hose out. It's pretty hard to see that it was disconnected if you don't look at the proper angle.

Not quite sure if you found your answer but the exposed hose you see above and another just below which you can't see is the hose it's supposed to have on it. If you follow the one picture that the other had posted of the red circle over the evap assembly has a hose it connects to if you follow it that's the hose that goes over the picture the dealership sent you. Hope you found this a year later, but at least it's there. 👌
I had a similar experience when I replaced my intake with an aftermarket one. Dealerships finding:
DESCRIPTION:DEALER SCANNED VEHICLE AND FOUND CODES P0102; P0113; P0171; P0174; P1170 AND P117B, FOUND BREATHER TUBE DISCONNECTED ON INTAKE.
