So called Lexus, and not surprised, my car extended warranty ended in December 2022. Ignorance of not receiving this letter since I was not the original owner. So I believe the issue is only related to the rubbery pebbly portion of the dash in front of the nav screen. Anyone know what that material is, and if it is more plastic/vinyl, would a trim like enhancer product work on it. The leatherette part seems fine. What does everyone use on their dash and door panels as it is since there seems to be multiple surface types in there? Thanks.
