That's awesome, hope the install is as painless as possible, we all know they usually aren't. I would have been doing this if I got a F Sport.

Did the seats come with the fans for the seat ventilation?

Yes, I bought the seats 4 days after they got the car, so it was removed after I purchased. I also have the complete wiring harness intact for the rear seat controls.

I was hoping you got the fans. Was interested in seeing what they looked like. Thanks for the picture..

I'm amazed and impressed that you take on these mods, and even more so without a garage.

Another thing I notice is these 2013 luxury seats still have the leather smell. My living room smells like leather. My standard non lux 2013 seats don't have this smell.

Not sure if others with the lux seats still have the leather smell.

I have the lux seats and my still have that new, leather smell even as I approach 40K miles. I am "immune" to it, but I sometimes get comments from people that haven't sat in my car about it smelling like new. Pretty impressive for a 6 year old model.

Not completely certain..... but I think that is the same fan assembly that goes on the 2013 LS seats. Only they don't have that honeycomb plastic and instead have a plastic assembly that you put filters in.

Why not just change to a new ls or Es seat if we’re going for comfort. Would that even work?

If anyone has a luxury passenger seat in Circuit Red, I'm definitely interested in buying.

Luxury package and Circuit Red doesn't exist.

Dang I figured so I been looking all over and can't find that combo. Lexus needs to stop with the weird you can have this option and not that option. Oh well guess the front seat won't match..

How the heck do you change this air filter, without unbolting the seat?
I don't really see the point of filtering the air under the seat that hits your butt unless it's more for reducing the fan noise.

If anything the fan in our seat is less restrictive and should, in theory, move more air.
