Costco gas?
@bclexus you are really making me want a gs450h.... I hate the fact that I had no idea about either the 450h or the GSF before I bought my 350, In a perfect world I would have a 450h for commuting and a F for the weekends or a F for racing only

@ItzFilyO - I don't know who you think 'they' is, but living in California you should know who is responsible...
I think we'll eventually see $10+ a gallon for regular grade gasoline and $12+ per gallon for diesel, with the latter causing truckers to protest by parking their rigs and refusing to hit the road which in-turn will cause absolute disaster for literally all businesses and consumers alike, prompting massive layoffs, double-digit price increases and a sharp recession if not an out-n-out depression with the stock market dropping a further 15% to 25% or more.

I'm seriously looking at a gs450h now. I'll have to do the math again but I find with how much I drive, after a certain $$$ amount per gallon of gas it's cheaper to get another car with better mileage. Thankfully I stop have my Honda but the Lexus has spoiled me with it's comforts...
I also refill my tank when it gets down around 1/2 a tank left. I know it's psychological but still feels better to only spend $50-60. If I ever had a $100 fill up I don't know what I'd do.
I've started looking at GS 450h listings now too. currently there are only 3 450h's in the entire country for sale on Autotrader.

It has the same paint and trim (J2/LC20) - Liquid Platinum with Black interior as my 2018 GS 450h.
It appears to have the same options and features as mine does, but it's difficult to tell if it has a few commonly added options like paint protective film, illuminated door sills, glass breakage sensor, accessory package (e.g.trunk net, wheel locks, bumper applique). The car doesn't appear to have wheel locks or the rear bumper applique, so it may not have the accessory package.
It's also difficult to tell if the car has window tinting added and what brand and model new tires were installed on the car by Carmax.
The wheels on this 2018 GS 450h are not like the GS 450h 'hybrid' wheels on my 2018 GS 450h. I wonder why...
The MSRP price on this car was about $68k-$69k. The $47k asking price for this car is about 30% ($20k or more) lower than the price the original owner likely paid for the car in 2018.
With 46,000 miles on a 2018 vehicle that is now 4½ years old the average yearly mileage driven is about 10k, which is quite respectable.
The Lexus 4Yr/50K mile Basic Factory Warranty likely expires sometime later this year, but the new owner can still buy the Lexus Platinum 10Yr/100K Mile Extended Warranty if they wish, which wouldn't expire until 2028. The Lexus 6Yr/70K mile Powertrain Warranty doesn't expire until sometime in 2024, and the 8Yr/100K mile Hybrid-Related Component Warranty doesn't expire until sometime in 2026.

This 2018 GS 450h is supposed to be 'coming soon' to the Carmax located just a few miles from me here in Plano, Texas.

@jeverett72 - Your memory is good! Yes, the hybrid battery warranty was increased to 150K miles, but only for 2020 and newer models.
The Lexus Hybrid-Related Component Warranty coverage is for eight years or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first, and covers the hybrid traction battery and the following hybrid-related components: Hybrid Battery Control Module (battery voltage sensor), Hybrid Control Module (power management control module), and Inverter with Converter.
The Lexus Hybrid Battery Warranty coverage was increased in October, 2019 to ten years or 150,000 miles, whichever occurs first on 2020 and newer models.
