Reason: Solved
You can try disconnecting the negative terminal and letting it sit for an hour, then reconnecting. This should reset everything.
I used to to do this often on my BMWs when the electrical was giving me problems. Usually once or twice a year. Worked like a charm.
yeah unfortunately it is out of warranty, i will try to do what u said and get back to u with any updates, hopefully it works.
thanks alot friend for the idea.
If you've been getting the car serviced at Lexus, take it in. I'd be very surprised if they didn't fix it for free, these actuators aren't supposed to fail for 15 years.

yeah i tried it, sorry but it didnt work.
now i called my friend he is saying that he needs to reset something in the car and to take it to him after the holiday.
i reply you with what happend then
Obviously you need to have the dealer or an independent shop take a look.
My broad guess is that the system either has a solenoid failure that controls the maintenance of different temps in dual systems, or has a leak in the system which creates that situation.
Dual systems can be sensitive especially if one person is running 68 and the other 78.

took the car to my friend shop, he reseted the servometer 3 times, and it was solved.
thankfully i didnt have to take for agency as they charge around 50 dollars just to take a look.
