All this week, using Pandora in the App Suite has resulted in an "Insufficient Connectivity" error. iHeart works fine. Unpaired phone from the car, deleted the app on my iPhone and redownloaded it and the situation does not change. Today, while driving my wife's 2013 RX350, the same thing happens - "Insufficient Connectivity". Pandora simply will not play at all through the App Suite no matter what I do. Has anyone else experienced this?

I just checked and I have the same error message. I didn’t check all the other apps but the few I checked seem to be ok so appears the issue may be isolated to Pandora.

I’ve had Pandora issues this week too with the “insufficient connectivity” message.

I had the same damn problem with my GS. I usually turn off the bluetooth and then on again. It usually works. I spoke to Lexus Tech Specialist who told me it is an app so on occasions, it gets hung up on the app running in the background in your phone. Best to close all apps and clear cache on phone setup periodically.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I was also having connectivity issues. My fix was to go to running services in settings and stop the service. Once I start Enform then everything works again until the next time I try to start Enform. I have to be sure that I stop all Enform services BEFORE I try to start Pandora. I really think it's the Enform App that is the issue.

Fixing pandora insufficient connectivity problem with IPhone

As an added step you may want to remove the Lexus Enform app before performing step 1(optional)
1. Place phone in Airplane mode
2. Settings/ General/ Reset/ Reset Network Setting
3. After resetting network settings, do soft reset (simultaneously hold power button and home button until
phone powers up and apple logo addppears
4. Turn off Airplane model
5. Note-you will need to re-enter your WiFi passwords
6. Pandora App should work properly now

I have had this problem for the past two weeks on 3/3 Lexus models we have (2018 and 2018 ES 350 and 2017 RX 350) but only with my iPhone 8. Our Samsung phone connects with no error. The Lexus technology specialists have worked diligently on the issue but had no success so far. They suspect it's a problem with the phone but I am not sure. Of course Apple says the issue is with the Apple specific app.

I have spoken with the Lexus Enform people on two occasions. They say they are aware that this is a problem but offered no assistance nor any word on when or if they might actually address this issue. This has only been an issue on my vehicles since the first week of August. I'm using iPhone 6 with latest iOS but have to use iHeart and Slacker to avoid using the phone itself while driving.

Mine is doing it again, about half the time. Also on my Highlander. I am using an iPhone 8.

Insufficient Connectivity problem
I contacted Apple about the problem and although they were reluctant,, they "opened a ticket" on my phone and had a technical person contact me. We went through two long sessions on deleting the app and reloading that to the phone, resetting the software on the car, deleting all my Bluetooth connections and reloading those, and several other procedures including transferring all the internal data from my phone back to their engineers. We managed to get the connection to Pandora but that lasted about 30 seconds and then back to "insufficient connectivity." My brother-in-law has an identical iPhone 8+ so I used his phone as a comparison and his phone worked with no issues. I finally convinced Apple that the phone was the problem and they shipped me a replacement yesterday (I paid for Apple Care when I got the phone so it was covered under that plan). Now Pandora on the Lexus app suite now works with no error messages. It will be interesting to see if the problem reoccurs, because the "insufficient connectivity" problem seems to have appeared to many people at about the same time and the app worked on my old phone just fine but then stopped cold.

It's been off and on with mine. This occurs with both my wife's iPhone 6S and my iPhone 8, in both our Highlander our GS350. Thankfully it has resumed proper operation this week (with both phones, both cars). Unexplained.

For some reason, Pandora on the app suite started working on Sunday. For five solid weeks Pandora would absolutely not work at all on the app suite and now, it works. There were no Enform updates from the App Store nor was there any multimedia system update on the vehicle. Does anyone have any idea what happened here and/or why?
