I am looking at 14 GS350 and wondering if there are any thing I should look out for? I had 06 GS300, 11 GS350, and currently have CT200H, and I know that 06 GS300 had the carbon build up issues and want to avoid any issues with the 4th gen GS 350s. Much obliged..

Nothing negative stands out. A few more options like auto power mirrors or power trunk (I believe were newly available in 2014). One thing I wish I had was non Sirius Radio traffic and weather. In the 14 you get traffic and weather only if you subscribe to Sirius. In '15 it is free via HD radio. Minor, I know, but the item is a pain.

Looks like you've owned quite a few Lexus cars! The 4GS is reliable and there aren't any issues that should stop you from seriously pulling the trigger. It has the same engine as your '11 GS so there are no surprises there when it comes to its performance and reliability. Definitely more updated tech and a sportier suspension than the '11. The '11 feels like more of a cruiser - the '14 will feel more athletic even though its bigger.
My personal experience with issues have been minor: AWD whine noise (covered under a TSB), peeling leather seat on driver seat (was covered under warranty), and the excessive sunroof wind noise (i fixed myself by following the DIY on here and purchasing the new rubber seal for $35). I have a 2013 with 53k miles.
Just know that on the F-Sport the wheels are staggered, so you'll have to deal with more expensive tire maintenance. The brakes also different on the FSports and are more expensive. No maintenance issues I've read about or experienced so far.
I just picked up a 14 gs350 fsport RWD. I knew it need front rotors but I should've looked up how much they were. HOLY COW! Haha but I smile everytime I've driven it these past 2 days. I got starfire with Cabernet interior.
