Does anyone know of any reputable companies that manufacture custom steering wheels (with or without core swap)?

I spoke with JOSH@DCTMS.COM a few months ago and went back and forth and the only thing that kept me from ordering was the lack of the heating element. I like my heated steering wheel and it comes in useful during the frigid winter season. The aesthetics and build quality of DCTMS stuff looks great, but I do not want to lose functions I paid for when I purchased my car.
