Parking Sensor - pull forward/out?

I was cleaning off some ice on my parking sense (passenger side, front) and managed to push it back into the bumper. Any simple ways to "pull it out" to be flush again? Really don't want to pull the bumper off.

Same problem here. I tried a powerful vac and that was the best I could do, didn't fix 100% tho

Try something with a suction cup on it, like a dart from a dart gun or something
