Default New car, first mod

Finally pulled the trigger on a GS and traded in my IS 350 wanted to get an F sport but came across a certified non F I couldn’t beat. First mod was to update the wood trim to a brushed gunmetal to go with the Nebula Grey paint, first time working with Vinyl in this way, I’m pretty happy. Original wood

Original wood

Good shot of the grain

Did you take all the trim pieces off or wrap them as is? It would be great if you could provide some detail on how the shifter area can be removed as well as the dash and door trim pieces?

Would like to know as well. I wrapped mine as well in CF for the door pieces and trim by glove box without removing pieces. But I want to do my center console pieces too.

Same. The door pieces were easy peasy on the car. I had a little more trouble with the dash piece on the passenger side but also got that one decently, but they'd all look much better and eliminate any potential peeling issues if I can remove and wrap around the edges completely. I'm scared for Florida humidity leading to corners peeling.

The dash trim left of the wheel was easy to remove and wrap, but I'm scared to try and remove the center console piece.

I aluminum trim on my 2013 F-Sport get dinged so easily. This looks like a better deal.
