Look over your new windshield very closely for fit, surface defects and distortion when looking through it.
There are always those few spots that replace OEM with OEM; but you're right, specifically with Satellite.

my insurance denied me for oem so I have to pay the difference for the oem.

damn that must be expensive... I remember when my left rear window got broken into... Aftermarket was 230... OEM was 600+...

I can only imagine what the front windshield would be....
