Auto Insurance Increases

I was wondering if any of you are experiencing significant increases in your auto insurance on the GS. My insurance premium on the GS went up 100% (i.e. doubled) on my last renewal 6 months ago and on my current renewal it is going up another 25%. The insurance co says it is purely due to vehicle history information from the National Highway Institute as to accidents, losses, and cost of repair statistics on the GS. Has nothing to do with my personal driving history (which has had no changes). Nor has the premium on my other car on the policy changed, just the GS.
It appears that the GS is having a lot of accidents and is more expensive to repair than experienced in the past.
Are any of you experiencing such significant insurance increases on your GS?
(yes, I've gotten other quotes and they are all about the same $$....so it is not just my current insurance co)!

My GS was involved in a minor hit and run (see picture) while it was parked. The dent looked tiny but the car's been in the shop for more than 3 weeks.
Body shop estimate $3000+

I started off with State Farm when I first got the GS back in '14. My premium went up with every 6 mo. renewal. Finally at the beginning of last year I shopped around and changed over to All State. So far so good. I just moved this month and my premium actually went down $21 dollars a month.

We have State Farm.
I'm 38yo, male, married, with a 7yo child. No claims through insurance for more than 15yrs. Rates have continued to go up. What's even more absurd is that the insurance I had on the 2015 LUXURY GX460 was cheaper than my current GS350. I will watch again when the renewal hits in August and go from there.
Looking on Consumer Reports...State Farm is actually one of the top insurance companies, so I can't really complain too much.

I hope the $16,000 comprehensive claim GEICO had to pay out to fix my car after hitting a deer did not contribute to this thread... lol. My premium actually went down $10 afterwards strangely. Being that i am in NY i don't think that would have affected anyone on the west coast. So far, GEICO has treated me very well and upheld their end of the promise without hassle.

On my policy Out of the 2010 RX350, 14 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the 13 GS350 is the most expensive to insure. If i purchase a Ranger Rover Sport I actually save $122.17 every 6 months over the GS350. That's crazy to me.
