Default small wave in dash?

Has anyone experienced a small hump/dip in the dash above the big screen opening making it look like the lip and top of the dash is not flat and smooth?

Not on my '13, but it spends much of it's life in the shade, not the searing Texas sun.

Yes mine is like that too. It's the small rubbery part not the leather part.

Yep, that is where mine is too. Is that a warranty item? Don't think that would be considered "normal wear".

I park my car in the garage at home and in covered parking at work. I did buy the car CPO but the 'wave' did not start appearing until several months after purchasing it.

I will try to get a pic soon and post it.

I consider it normal cause it will require a whole dash removal to replace that part. In fact, that part is the structure of the dashboard and u need to remove the whole thing and this is not something u wanna do to this car, u could end up with a bigger problem later.
