Caliper mounting Bolt Torque Specs

Caliper mounting Bolt Torque Specs

I just bought a 2013 GS350 F-Sport. Long story short, the rotors got quite a bit of tire shine over spray. Which would explain the "out of round" drum brake feeling I get between 40 to 0. I'm planning on replacing the pads, and cleaning/resurfacing the rotors.

So, the question is, what are the torque specs (front and rear) for the caliper to bracket bolts, and the bracket to knuckle bolts?

I've searched this forum, the web, and youtube, but couldn't find the torque specs.

Just hand tight them... I never done caliper bolts with torque wrench.

Do what you like with your car. As for me, I have never taken a "that will do" approach with any critical system on my cars.

I'll just figure it out on my own, as I usually do.

Just spit on them, do a twirl and that should be good. How important are brakes anyways?

I assume you are talking about the bolts that hold the caliper to the suspension (you have to take them off to remove the rotor). I have always tightened those to 90ft/lbs AND used Loctite Blue.
