I don't see how anyone keeps a decent looking car that drives and/or parks in or around NYC.

Easy. Don't park it on the street in the city, don't let parking garages park it.

Personally though I don't like showing a customer a car before it's finished. We're all guilty of it but it's rare to sell someone a filthy scuffed up car.
Well in these parts of TX we have no concept of dirt, we live on a gigantic slab of granite -- so our dust is actually rock dust to scratch windshields and every one of the million dump trucks on the road is dropping gravel while driving more like a cheap sports car than a truck warning you to stay back 200 feet. .

That, and a few of the ones I saw clearly had an incident with a curb or parking block.

Dealer called back on the crafted line and in the end, we agreed on 25% off MSRP. Will be picking it up next week.
