Default Full screen while watching DVD

Hello world,

I rented a redbox dvd and put it to play on the way home. My question is, on the 2013, is there any way to make the screen full screen and take the menu on the right hand side go away?

Thank you.

*Before someone post something about safety, it was a short drive home and I just wanted to see if the car actually played DVD's.

So, a stock GS can play the video portion of DVD's while in motion? I thought you had to be in "Park" with the parking brake on.

Anyone know a shop in the Dallas/North Texas area that would install that? I would love the option but can't say i'm completely comfortable with trying to install that myself.

I was the same as you with zero experience touching anything electrical in a car but you'd be surprised how easy it is. Provided that you have a 10mm socket, a mini flathead screwdriver, it's not really hard. To supplement paper instruction, here's a vid biggame sent me which I found very instrumental:

I recommend ordering get a interior panel pulling tool before beginning and work on the interior.

I ordered:
KINGLAKE® Auto Door Clip Panel Trim Removal Tool Kits for Car Dash Radio Audio Inst... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HNMLQAG..._tMMzxb16JYYXX

Super helpful and won't dent or scratch any interior bits
