For that price why don't you pick up a pair of fogs from The Retrofit Source and buy the garnishes separate? These eBay ones don't have a cutoff at all so I don't suspect great performance from them.

Did they come with a harness? whats the cut off option? also where can I get garnishes?

 

I don't have the The retrofit source fogs and as far as I know they don't come with a harness. I got the whole package (fogs, harness, switch) from NigelJDM.
When I mention the cut off I'm referring to the fact that the fogs are aimed properly as to avoid blinding those coming towards you. The eBay fog set is just an LED diode behind a projector lens.
You can get the garnishes from NigelJDM Also.

 

I bought at fleabay kit of fogs the first time... big mistake. They said they were oe toyota fogs, ended up being cheap plastic h8 35w knock offs. Didn't bother installing them. Hit up nigel for a legit set of wiring harness and fog kit. Wont be disappointed.
