I have 2020 GS 350 only when cold and driving mode only not parked or neutral D mode makes this buzzing sound very annoying in the dash and not all the time there any one has an idea before i take to dealer?
My center dash noise turned out to be the driver-side windshield wiper insert that had slipped partially out of its track. Once it was realigned, the rattling noise from my center dash stopped.

mine is like loud buzzing noise its ****ing annoying and cant tell my previous 2018 GS had it too but then I returned it I purchased this one I customized it so I can keep it since its discontinued
I also had this noise and thanks to peasodos I was able to repair it myself. I did run into one issue however. My 2013 Luxury model had two fans in the head unit. One 40mm (40x40x10) fan at the left rear side, but a second 50mm fan (50x50x10) at the right rear side. I chose to replace them both while I had it apart. I don't know if two fans are unique to the Luxury optioned cars but I didn't see anyone else mention the second fan. YMMV.
I don't know if this guy is on Club Lexus, but he made a full video on replacing a fan in the head unit.
Nice video - it has audio, which is a plus. I wish that I had a video to reference when I completed this DIY; it was just time consuming due to the delicate nature of what you're dealing with.
I also provide details on the fans required and links to where you find them! Good luck to all that attempt this. Shame on Panasonic for using such cheap fans that caused this issue to begin with!
