Are they worth it to you? Is a GS350 worth more than a Camry?

Still shopping for a 2015 so it's a matter of potentially compromising on color combinations not to mention getting the best deal.

$3k MSRP but maybe $2.4k after discount..

even less if leased.. about extra $15 a month I am assuming..

and yes it is worth it.. I have the $52k model.. it's a stripper model.. I regret it every time I get in the car.. I have no luxury option on the stripper model except the "L" up front and the back..

get the $55k.

Yes they are worth it.

BSM is great when attempting to cross 6 lanes of traffic in a short amount of time and not having to crane your neck around to look at your blind spot.

Park assist is great too, not only when you are parking, but when you are trying to back out of a parking space in a tight lot. You can get really close to the car behind you and maybe only do a 1 point turn instead of a 3 or 4.

Considering where you live, I would definitely get CWP.

And in the Premium package, the rain sensing wipers are cool, if not a little sensitive. And the heated and ventilated seats make all the difference when you sit in the car and want to warm up or cool off quickly.

I agree with GSHLNMTR, the heated steering wheel and heated/ventilated seats are worth $3k alone to me...

Yes - I have all of them and can't imagine driving/parking/commuting in the tri-state area without them.

My previous vehicle did not have BSM and IPA and I thought I would never use them enough to warrant the cost for them. At first it was a bit awkward having the car 'tell' me it was safe to change lanes or identify if I was getting close to something. Now I am hooked and like it a lot and feel they are worth it.

I wish my 2013 GS had RCTA on it. When I had a loaner with RCTA, I really liked it a lot as well. Especially when trying to back out from between two huge SUV's in the parking lot.

Those options are only worth around $1000. However, when you buy a brand name car like Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes, they charge you double. You know what, Honda Accord already has those options.

+1. BSM on 15 also comes with RCTA which is a really nice safety feature IMO. I never thought that IPA is optional until the other day I saw one without one. It has all the stuff that looked like an F Sport model but without the sensors on the rear bumper. Not sure if the bumper was replaced/repaired.

Get the 55k MSRP one. BSM is definitely worth it, same with parking sensors. The sensors came in handy just this past weekend when I almost reversed right into a pole. Also the heated seats are worth it too. Have used them daily this winter. Don't skimp out, i'm sure you'll regret it later.

This. My wife's car doesn't have these and I feel powerless when I drive it!

Thanks all - appreciate your input. Problem is there are slim pickings on a $55k 2015 (vs $52k) but I know which way to go if I decide on a 2016.

I left deposit of $500. The other day For a very nicely equipped 2016 with all safety features offered for $51,325. This is the OTD Price. I should have mention that they also agreed to make sure that I have Michelin tires and that if it didn't come with Michelin's they swap some wheels around make sure I got what I wanted

My opinion: Yes, definitely worth it, Especially the cold weather package/heated steering wheel is a marvel. See if you can negotiate something in return, like the first NAV unit data upgrade for free (I got that one).
