So I guess I can't catch a break, I got rear ended on new years and yesterday I got rear ended on my way to the collision center to drop off my car. Granted we all had to stop suddenly since a pedestrian decided to walk across while the light was green. I have video and will post it in a few minutes. The sad part is the lady that hit me stated he had hit a pedestrian 1 week ago.
Apparently you hit the SUV in front of you...even though the first time I looked at the video I didn't think so. Did you have any damage to the front of your car?
Ugh not again. Got your rear camera view as well to show insurance that hit?
Yeah they already said there is no need for it yet as it is pretty clear what occurred, they said if someone says something else they will request it.

Yeah she hit me so hard I got pushed into the car in front. The car in front didn't even stay they just left, the damage is minor but there is damage to front as well.
That sucks. I actually had something similar happen to me in my old car but I was rear ended the day after getting my car back from the shop from a repair due to being rear ended.
Does your rear view camera show a distracted driver behind you (texting, etc.)?
I can't tell if those are scratches or just dirt being wiped off your bumper. But through watching the video, it looks like you got hit with a good amount of force to be pushed forward like that and the bumper still looks in good shape. The important thing is the accident wasn't any worse and you're alright!

She is looking down and when she looks up well its just to late for her to stop in time.

Yea her car looked way worse I'm hoping its not that bad as It hit pretty low and the thats why you dont see the full damage thats dirt and scrathes in it.

Not too long ago, I kept it for a few days to try out but didn't like it. I think that feeling changed.
Sorry that phonetard had to hit you. Glad you're ok but man, I would be so paranoid to drive after getting rearended 3 times in the same car. That car is jinxed, I'd get it fixed and get something else.

Also your username is no joke lol.
Lol, actually I had a silver GS which got rear ended and then my current one has only two hits now, but yes I'm in talks to trade it in for an LS if all goes well.

Each insurance determines who's paying what?
Yeah I've been scratching my head on this as well. From what insurance told me it will be on the claim and what ever is needed extra they will add.
