I have a 2013 GS 350 Luxury edition. I am disappointed with the interior lighting - one light in front and two in rear. I have previously had a lincoln that had all kinds of interior lighting. I spoke to my dealer and he suggested replacing the factory bulbs with led lights - has anyone done this and if so where would I get the bulbs? Thanks

Yes, which interior lighting bulbs are you referring to?

Ones that light up when you open door - front centre and rear above coat hook on each side

Those are already leds. I found they're bright enough for me

I absolutely agree. The front interior light is woefully dim.

On the other hand, this is about the only thing I have found to criticise about the interior.

For a car that has more gadgets and adjustments than the early Apollo missions, they could have put in a brighter bulb.

Don't forget the door pipings, and foot well lights front AND rear. It's about the ambiance.

Where are those lights and how can they be turned on - I have never seen them on my car?

I dont know what the OP is complaining about. The GS has plenty of interior lights with the right amount of brightness for my taste. Most cars in this class has less lights and even dimmer. If you want ultimate interior lighting trade in your GS and put down another $40,000 cash and buy a 2015 Mercedes S550

I think the interior lighting is one of my favorite things about the 4GS. The light strips around the door trim and the hand rest for the mouse for the entertainment control looks great. Might gets dimmer when I put it in drive and brighter in park. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Door sills definately do not light up on my GS - nor do I have half the other lights - is it possible these come with the tech package only?

Door sill lighting are usually an extra option. My F-Sport came with it.

Look a little closer. The only
option for lighting in the interior is the door sills
