Default Custom Grill

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I haven't seen any aftermarket grills for the 4gs yet. I was thinking of customizing the F-Sport grill to be fully mesh without the emblem. I did a quick p-shop to see what it would come out like, what does everyone think? I thought it would look good, but after seeing it I'm having second thoughts. Not to mention I'd have to piece together two grills.

It doesn't look good, the emblem makes the grille look good.

I like the look a lot and I'm not really a fan of that oversized 'L' emblem to begin with. Look at all the TRD grills from the Altezza's and Aristos. It makes it look so much sportier and I don't need to have everyone know what I'm driving. All of my previous build we're either de-badged or had minimal JDM emblems.

I think it might look cool. But I'd want to see how the entire front end looks with it before judging.

I must agree I think the emblem makes it look better.

Again, crude chop. The far away doesn't make me like this any more. I can't believe the aftermarket companies haven't make one yet. Given how much time and cost, I don't think I'm up to this. Oh well, sounded good in theory. I even did the non f-sport model to see how that would look. I actually like that one better.

Yup, just as I thought it would not look good, it looks like it's missing something.

It makes it look a bit like a genesis.

The first one would be nicer if it was deeper-set within the grill, It just looks strange without some kind of badge.

I hate that new gen Genesis, the older gen was way better looking.

An emblem on the hood might break things up a bit making it look less plain.

I was thinking about emblem less grill, but now looking at the photoshop it kinda looks weird.

Yeah, exactly. Kind of like how they do the tacoma grilles where they are inset.

Or like the mustang gt500 grille

I know they are not great comparisons, but it needs depth.
