How do I adjust the projectors do I loosen the screw or what? any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Yes you adjust them by loosening the screws. Once in the position you just tighten the screws.

So I ordered the chip separately from the site. Amazon had it for $10 less and they are the same supplier. So I installed the pre-loaded one until I get my custom chip in the mail.

So I can tell you that I made a mistake and put the projector upside down. Didn't disfigure that out until I shined a light on it sadly took a while, pretty sure I was overthinking it.
