Exclamation Seat warmer question

My seat warmers for some weird reason never stay on the third level, they always automatically reduce to the second one. I spilled soda on my drivers seat a month ago, could it be from that? Is anybody else having this happen to their seat warmers

this is pretty standard across all manufacturers.

i think you can get it programmed to stay on max level thru lexus.

Yea they're programmed to slowly decrease over a period of time. You can reprogram like Mod said.

This is a catch 20/20 setting. BE VERY CAREFUL.
In AUTO mode (default) - the seat warmers will account for the outside temperature, inside temperature and your driving mode in deciding how and when to decrease the temperature. If you are in ECO mode, the car will use the seat warmers more aggressively. In this mode, the car will also decide to use them when you remote start the car.

In MANUAL mode (can be configured by dealer) - you are in full control and the car will NOT use them automatically at all, not even on a remote start.

In Canada when the temps drops down to -25 Celsius or -40 which is the same in Fahrenheit, the seat warmers are nice. Leaving them on at full blast will eventually break down the stitching and leather, so it is nice to have the step-down in temp. Temps in the 40 to 50 F range is shorts and sandal weather up here. You can imagine what we wear when it hits +36 or 38 C in the summer.

That reminds me, I need to get the dealer to install a block heater.
