Had mines installed last December. They drilled it into the trunk apposed to being glued. If I'm not mistaken the lip already had the screws attached. Did not know you can remove the screws. Looks good, hopefully the glue last.

This appears to be one of few options that you can add after the car arrives over ordering it with the car. As an option, it cost $395. If you install it yourself with two sided tape you can get it done for $240. Not bad.

I have installed three spoilers, two on BMWs and one on an Audi. All were installed with two sided tape. They all stayed affixed without issue.
