Rexus traded his '11 535i for a GS F Sport. I'm trading my Audi S5 for a GS F Sport, and I just received this reply in one of the Audi forums...

"My wife just traded her 2006 A6 3.2 for a luxury model of the '13 GS 350. These appear to be great cars and this was after driving the new A6 and BMW 5 series. The interiors are absolutely killer. I would have bought the F sport but she did not want the staggered wheels and liked the front better on the Luxury.
I think you made a good choice. My wife got an extra $1500 off for moving from a targeted competitor (Audi)."

Good to see Lexus pulling buyers from the German marques.

Great 'conquest' stories!!!

I never doubted Lexus for a second.

It's time for me to upgrade to the GS..I'm waiting to see the Hybrid come out or see if there is more information on the LF-LC.

I didn't trade anything in for the GS F Sport but was given the Conquest Cash when the sales guy noticed the BMW key on my key ring. He said I get it for merely owning a competitor's vehicle.

It's the fact. German car is fame for first few early years then it's lame - nothing but trouble after 5 year or around 75k-100k miles. German car built like piece of CRAP !
It's a ripped off maintenance after that ! As a daily 100 mile commuting, I can say none out there can't compare to the reliability of the lexus or .... toyota, honda. What about the italian ferrari, lambo? can those cars be driven daily 100 mile to last up to 200k-300k miles w/o major problem like my past honda, toyota cars ?
I take lexus over any german car any day if I use it for daily commuting

Tell me about it! The last two times my car has been in the shop the price was ~$2,000. A losing proposition. And the electronics are very glitchy. My adaptive headlights have now broken twice, each time requiring a complete replacement of the headlight assembly!

Happy to be moving to a more reliable platform...

I strongly agree. Lexus is re-sculpting their image. Have you noticed that all the advertising now speaks of "from this car forward..." I'm enthusiastic about what's in store for the future of Lexus.

As stated above, traded a 16 month old Panamera for an F Sport. This new GS is a game changer for Lexus I believe.

Its amazing. Its going to be added to my fleet of cars at home including a 2006 Audi A8L, 2008 BMW 335xi coupe, and 2010 Mercedes Ml350. Its simply beats each of those cars in its own game.
