i have been waiting for some time to go and test drive one. so i did. I drove AWD tech package white colour. it was a nice drive i liked the interior but the brakes sucks i think. it was very stiff and jerk whenever i pressed on brakes, i like the engine roar it made. The build quality was excellent too. Here is the snapshot of the car i drove
I too, test drove one yesterday. Love everything about it and especially the interior. However, I feel the interior is smaller somehow, and one thing it shocked me, the paint has orange peels!!!!!!!

looking at your signature and the cars you drive, i can understand what you mean on the brakes. the 4gs has some of the most fantastic brakes out there. very linear, firm, and sensitive. slight touch and it's slowing down the car already.

These upgraded brakes on the 4GS may well save your life when avoiding a last minute collision. I'd take slightly touchy brakes for better stopping distances anytime.
The brake comment is concerning. I had an Infiniti that I never got used to the touchy brakes. It's not a safety feature to have brakes that are hard to use smoothly.
it is just a matter of getting used to it... few days and it will be fine.
ya that is true. actually that was the case in my Volvo S80 too. those brakes were stiffer than the Lexus. But its just getting used to them.
Also one would have to drive its competitors to see if the brake feeling is the same. i would assume too. U know this gives me an idea. i might go for a test drive of bimmer and audi too..hehe

No, this is the car my old lady client just bought. I asked her to stop by and let me test drive it after she bought it. I don't have time to go to the dealership. The pictures were taken after I drove it, and I returned all setting per her reference.
