Default Extending the Valve Spring certificate till 4GS release

We're considering the 2013 GS350 for the replacement of our ES350 next Feb.

Has anyone looked into extending the $1500 certificate issued following the valve spring recall? It had a one-year expiration which in my case is Oct or Nov.

See if they'll take it as a deposit against a future purchase or order for a '13 GS. I feel certain my dealer would do it for me.

from what? i don't recall me having any coupon, unless i missed something

the silly valve spring recall extended my warranty to 100k miles but still within the same time period, i don't know who came up with that brilliant idea. i asked if i can have the coupon instead, they didn't listen

Well, for the valve spring recall, I got a $500 coupon which I can apply to future maintainance service or accessories purchase etc.(which I have used already), plus another one for special lease deal for new car (which has already expired).

It's weird how they made all different offers. I bought my 3GS new just like Henry but I got the $500 gift card plus $1500 towards a new Lexus valid for one year.

why are you even considering this? i thought with you it was V8 or nothing. for all of your V8 comments here, jumping into a 2013 GS350 would be a downgrade for you. if i were you, i'd wait for the GS-F to come out (if it comes). then you'll be happy with whatever powerplant it comes with, be it a V8 or a V10.

Well, to be fare, I think a newly redesigned GS350 is an UPGRADE from a ES350
