So long story short, I'm an idiot. I was recently looking for that certificate that came after the valve spring recall for $1500 I believe off the purchase of a new Lexus vehicle. I am unable to find it and think that I or my gf may have tossed it inadvertently. I will be purchasing a new Lexus soon. Any chance I could call Lexus USA and ask for a reissue?

 

If you don't call...you'll never know.... Doesn't hurt to ask.

 

I would assume there'd be a way they can resend it because what would happen in situations where the recipient never receives it in the mail? It's not like its sent certified or with signature required.

 

I have two of them, but it states on the back its only valid for the person printed on the front, sorry dude

 

They should be able to pull the database and see that you haven't recently redeemed a certificate. I can not imagine that they wouldn't issue you another one. They do this to sell cars. . . . . . .

 

Yes, they claimed mine was sent in the mail, but I never received it. They emailed me an electronic copy pretty easily. Call them!
