Default PCV Valve Opinions

Have my 2017 GS350 AWD about to break 57k miles. Car is running perfectly with no issues whatsoever.
As I'm coming up on the 60k mile threshold, wanted to hear some thoughts on whether or not to have it changed at 60k.

I've had other Lexus models where I've gone well beyond 60k without ever changing the PCV valve and have had zero issues.

I asked the stealership and he mentioned it should be changed out at the 60k mark.
Or do I just replace if it becomes an issue.

What say you?

Thanks guys

Just do it at your next oil change. At 60k miles, it's cheap insurance for a daily driver. Waiting for problems means damage is already happening.
