I recently got my gs fixed at a body shop and requested them to purchase aftermarket headlights off ebay. The seller sent the wrong model of headlights so the body shop is going to contact the seller tmr for an exchange. But I noticed none of blinker work the headlights the taillights or even the blinkers on the mirrors. Even none of the hazards work. The DRL works on both headlights however the actual light doesnt work on the right headlight. Any suggestions i can do to get them to work?
I'd say start a new thread for this. But, did you check fuses? Each headlight has one in the driver side engine fuse box. There's also a fuse in the passenger side foot well fuse compartment for turn signals/hazards.
Edit: looks like the mods made the new thread for you.

What the heck? It's not the OP's job to hunt down the issues. And since its electrical it could be a gazillion things.

Not sure I understand. Are you saying OP should let the shop who installed the headlights hunt the issues down?
I was a little confused on the "wrong model" thing as well. In the picture, it seems like aftermarket lights are installed that fit the GS, with one not working. Is the "wrong model" like a different color you wanted? Or why did the shop put them and leave them if they will be exchanged (I'm guessing your old OEMs were broken from whatever damage required the body shop in the first place).
Honestly I'm more surprised they released the car to you without functioning safety equipment (headlights).

@Seekerrr It sounds like you have lighting issues caused by the eBay aftermarket headlights. The right test would be to install OEM headlamps to see if all problems go away.
Best thing would be to see if the exchanged aftermarket headlights help with the fix...very difficult to troubleshoot electrical issues but if the fuse isn't the problem, the flasher relay could be problematic as well. I'd just be weary of checking other OEM parts just to get the aftermarket headlights to possibly work.
I noticed there is a lot missing from your bumper in the image - driver side headlamp washer, toe hitch, front sensor looks misaligned/indented etc. I think your body shop needs to make good on these as well (unless they are in progress with those):
