Default Valve Stem Seals Replacement - Anyone Attempt This ?

Hey guys,
curious whether anyone has attempted the valve stem seals replacement ?
My car is burning oil, about 1L per 1000-1500kms. I do rev it pretty hard at times. However, I have always changed oil every 8000 kms, therefore I am pretty disappointed that this problem exists.
Wondering whether anyone has attempted the valve stem seal replacement. It is either that, or the oil control rings. I am hoping it is the seals. Why I think it is the seals, because in the morning on the first start it puffs a bit of blueish smoke. Then it seems fine after.
I am looking for resources on how to do this work.
Thanks,

Before you pull the top end apart, have you try using Valvoline restore and protect which suppose to clean and remove carbon deposits from pistons?
Apparently you have to go throw several bottles before the cleaning agents starts to be noticeable.

Several reviews on YT where people are getting real world results.

Thanks for the video. That is pretty interesting. I have heard of these soaking additives that are supposed to dislodge the carbon build up off the oil control rings. However, oil like this, I have not heard of.
Definitely worth a try, judging by the comments under the video.

There is a very long thread about Valvoline Restore and Protect on the bobistheoilguy website. Very positive results in many oil burning vehicles. I use it in my 2015 GS even though it never uses a drop.

If you're planning to try Valvoline Restore & Protect, I'd be changing the oil and filter more frequently, it looks like it clears out a fair bit of buildup along the way.

I'm sure you can purchase it from Amazon etc. I'm in Sydney Australia and its readily available in retail stores.
Ps : I've never used Valvoline as I've been using Amsoil signature series for a long time.

This is the only place to get R&P in Canada at a reasonable price, that I've found at least.
