While locating the rear support to jack up my car, I noticed it was bent. It was bent on both side in the rear but the front were fine. For safety concerns, I did not use the jack.
Has this happened to anyone else? Please share your experience.
I will discuss this with the Lexus dealer and Lexus corporate if needed..
I have only had my serviced one dealer. However, this would be difficult to prove
That looks like damage which has been caused by more than just one single bad positioning on a lift.
How old is the car? Do you know anything about the car's history (for oil/filter changes, brakes, tires, etc.) where a lift was used before your ownership?

The car is 6 years old. I am the sole owner. It has only been serviced at the dealer I purchased it from. Frankly, I have been increasingly disappointed with Lexus service. Not sure if I will continue doing business with Lexus.

Move on then, no need for your resentment to fester...
This may or may not make you feel better but 70% of cars with these type of jack points are bent. Anytime you take your car to a smaller tire shop that uses jacks they will bend your jack points.
It doesn't really hurt anything and life just goes on.
Many years ago, I was too lazy to use a pinch weld adaptor, so I flattened the pinch welds on my 3GS.
Later, I resented, so I used a pair of pliers to upright my 3GS pinch welds, and it looks decent now.

You mean you didn't think about getting rid of the car! Gosh, it must have taken you at least 12-15 minutes of hard labor with those pliers.

It only took me about 30 seconds to bend the pinch weld back.
I still have that 3GS, but I passed it onto my staff to drive.
The front left pinch weld is still slightly bent, but it is now pushed 2/5th of an inch up relative to the door sill cover.
I would have to ask a panel beater to pull it down.
The rear left pinch weld is now almost straight, but fortunately, it was not pushed upwards relative to the door sill cover.

Agree Edgar. Will straighten it out to safely use the jack.
For an area that is made for jacking up a car these are always weak and bend easily. Across almost all manufacturers. Some people use a hockey puck like piece to jack.
I have straightened them out in almost all my cars.

I love Lexus reliability. but hate their service - at least at the dealers I use. Your experience may vary. I stopped going to one dealer because 1) every time they replaced my tires, they would scratch my rims which they paid to repair each time. 2) when replacing the ac servo, they scuffed my steering wheel and scratched my upholstery that eventually led to a tear 3) The current dealer on a few occasions delivered my car after a repair issues causing unnecessary revisits. I find the techs to be inexperienced and do not care about doing a quality job.. My BMW dealership had excellent technicians - rarely had any issues. However I would not trade Lexus reliability for BMW's. That said, I love my GS which I plan to keep for another 100,000 times.
