Default Photo Request - Rain Sensor

Can someone with an OEM windshield from a preface lift GS350 shoot me a picture of their rain sensor?

I found out that the automatic wipers on my GS350 don't work and when I looked into replacing the tape, I noticed that the sensor is not under the rectangular cut out. Didn't seem logical to me so I took the car back to CarMax and told them about it, they sent it over to Safelite, and when I got it back, the sensor was still in the same spot:

Looks like there are a few variations between models and maybe some difference between OEM and off brand, so if anyone with an OG windshield can post up a picture, I'd appreciate it.

@ArgonBlue - Hoping this will be helpful to you...

It appears one sensor base is purposely mounted higher than the other sensor base.

Screenshots taken from the video (below):

Much appreciated, found this one in the "How to Identify Factory Options" thread:

Looks like I've got some apologizing to do, lol.

I'm guessing that it's the pad then.

@ArgonBlue - I'd pull the sensor module, clean the windshield glass where the silicone gel pad presses against the glass and replace the silicone gel pad with a new one. At least try cleaning the glass and cleaning the gel pad with alcohol.

The silicone gel pad (a.k.a. 'tape') should be Toyota P/N 89944-42010 for your GS 350.

Here is a video that may help you...
