Default Nav Screen Blacks Out

Hey Everyone, I have a 2020 L Cert GS350 F Sport w/ 42k. I’m using the car mainly for pleasure and 2 days ago, the Nav Screen suddenly turn off/blacked out. Then, about 25 seconds later, it came back on, to the Continue screen and then the map displayed and functioned as usual. This is the 2nd time this happened. So the car was due for a service, took it in and they did a “hard reset”. Is this an issue on the GS, the nav screen turning off, something I should be worried about? On both occasions, I had my IPhone Bluetooth connected.

Appreciate all who answer.

This has happened to me as well. However, in my four years of ownership, I can count on one hand the number of times this has occurred. It has either resolved itself during the same drive or been fine after restarting. In my experience, it hasn’t been an issue.

It would be good to know, how do you do a hard reset? Remove the negative terminal of the battery for 5 mins?
