Hi All,
Does any have this issue with the nav screen stays white or black (blank screen) when you start? when I restart the car it gets fix sometime. Sorry for posting if this has been discuss point me the link pls.

Never. Mine works every time regardless of whether it’s on phone, nav, music, etc. Haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere else either. Only thing I can think of is to make sure nothing is plugged into the USB ports when you start. That’s a long shot, but maybe something is interfering.

 

Yes - I notified my dealer, and provided them diagnostics info. Lexus has received the report and are working on it (supposedly).
Take a look at the "satellite icon" - it should also have a line through it. - the screen is white, and I can't connect my phone to the car during this time - almost like there is no wireless connectivity (Bluetooth) with the vehicle.

Tip: if you don't want to restart your car, press and hold the audio button (audio power off) for like 3-5 seconds, the headunit will restart, and will be resolved.
