Best to purchase a hand held DVD player. He would enjoy it and would be less of a distraction for you.

I listen to a lot of music DVDs in the car, so it would be nice to have the concert playing. It's not something I would actually watch but still nice to see. The more practical feature is not limiting functionality of the phone and navigation system whilst moving.

I haven't bought one as by the time I ship it, pay duty and 10% GST it's costing exactly half of a Lexion android module that sits under the dash ..
