Default Mud Guards

Does anyone have recommendations for reasonably-priced mud guards that are already painted to match starfire pearl?

I think this is the motherload thread where you could start your research: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ud-guards.html

There are recommendations from the priciest OEM coming from Japan painted, to eBay, Amazon, and Chinese sellers, etc.

@AJLex19 Thanks for the link! I have a related question. Did Lexus not have an OEM mudguard for the GS? I tried looking it up on mylparts.com, and nothing came up. They had a very reasonably priced kit for the RX, though.

Forget the oem ones, carbon fiber mudguards: There is a V2 version if you want more coverage.

@Neophyte2b Lexus had OEM GS mud guards but only available in Japan. Unfortunately, they were not made available in the US market. It also seems like since the GS was discontinued, some of these accessories are harder to find. The '13-'15 mudguards were slightly different from the '16-'20 mudguards due to a minor change with the newer model years.

I don't have a part number, but maybe reach out to some of the eBay sellers online to see if they can provide you with a part number. I worked with a gentleman named Steve at Japan Tuned Parts a few years back to get some smaller items - he was really helpful. Maybe you can also try him / his team regarding the OEM Japan only GS mud guards:

@peasodos Thanks for the link! I think they look great on your GS. I'm wonder how they'll look on my starfire pearl since I don't have any black accents on my car at all. I'll have into it, though. Thanks!

Hey peasodos. I've read many of your posts and just noticed your headlights. Are those OEM headlights?
Disregard this post, read post below.

Those are the stock triple beam led headlights.

@davidmoon fellow member MX73 is correct, those are the OEM Lexus Triple Beam LED headlamps for the pre-refresh '13-'15 GS450h models. In the US, only the 450h hybrid GS could be had with those optional headlamps. They are $3000+ from the dealer for the pair. Swapping them out requires a new headlamp ECU. See peasodos original post thread for details: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...turn-30-a.html

An aftermarket company in China also released a triple beam LED headlamp for the '13-'15 GS that are plug and play. There are some sellers on ebay, and one site has them here for $800 shipped: https://www.stunning-auto.com/produc...44100067131666
