Does anyone know of or is using any led 9005 bulbs that will work as drl and high beam without flickering? Preferably under $100.

Morimoto makes a set but it is a bit over $200. You won't find anything in the $100 price range that fits your needs.
Thank you for the reply, LeX2K. Are these the bulbs you're talking about? I believe I found them at a better price. https://throtl.com/products/9005-h10...UaAp8_EALw_wcB

That's a great price almost too good to be true. They look the same

I just figured out that the ones on the moromito website come with the drl driver. The ones on Throtl do not. That might explain the price difference.

There are 3 types of LEDs in the market as of 2022, SMD, COB and CSP. The CSP (chip scale package) run cooler and tend to last longer (in general), making it more tolerant of quality and assembly issues, i.e. thermal paste degradation etc
The Morimoto ones are overpriced IMHO, though they do use CSP chips. I'm using the CSP ones I got from Aliexpress, which are much cheaper and very similar. They have been holding up for months. I usually buy 2 sets in case 1 set fails, the QC is not as good as Morimoto, but for the price I can get 3-4 sets and swap them out if they fail, which so far they haven't.

Sorry for the late update, but I just went with the xenon depot 9005 bulbs with pwm drivers. Originally they were $210 on amazon but I bought them when there was a 60$ off promo on them. They work great and function at a lower brightness in drl mode with no flicker. You can only notice a minor pulsating in the lights when looking at them really close up, but it is very hard to notice. I am very satisfied with them.
