Strange engine noise
Hello, let's see if you can help me, I have a lexus gs450h from 2008 with 300k km and recently a problem arose, when I accelerate it gives the impression of going more revolutionized by the sound, it's as if it were about 2k rpm more than the it goes, it also gives the impression that there is an electrical sound (like a servo when the motor is idle).
I changed the spark plugs and they all came out fine except one that was a little wet, the oil came out quite dark but the mechanic says that it could be normal, I also changed all the engine blocks and the gearbox that vibrated more when it made that sound, The engine hardly vibrates anymore, I think it could have something to do with the injectors, but no engine code appears and the car runs perfect with enough power, it's just that sound that makes it uncomfortable because it sounds more revved up, Does anyone have any idea what it could be? The car is hybrid and direct injection, it has high and low pressure injectors, 12 in total.
The car is generally in very good condition and does not consume any oil.
I tried an injector cleaner, xenom in out, and it seemed to have improved, but now it seems to have come back, but I'm not sure if it had gone and come back, it could be a placebo

If I remember correctly the 450H had an issue with a servo motor on the side of the transmission. I think it gets gunked up and gets damaged. That maybe your reving issue, might want to do a search on it, or if a 450 owner who has experience with this will chime in.
Thats interesting, but i dont find any thing about it, can you help me a little bit? What kind of servo, what it does?
Thanks a lot, im very frustrated

What you can do is have someone rev the engine and you examin the motor while it is revving. It could be a number of things that give an noise impression, like bad alternator bearing, bad water pump, etc.
I will take it to a lexus dealer, mechanic its my friend, its hard to find anything with a video since the noise its under load, but i will try, sounds like the clutch its slippering, but car keeps runnig as usual, only changes the sound
