Default Part identification help request please (Door handle assembly)

Hi all,

Snapped a plastic part on the door assembly while fixing a dead door lock actuator, so came here to request your help to identify the part i need to buy to fix. Searched some replacement parts sites, but their diagrams weren't clear to me.

A little about what happened. The good news is the motor replacement in the actuator was completely successful helped by following the info here for door panel removal. The bad news is that the outdoor handle will no longer open the door because the part that snapped off is no longer attached from the interior assembly of the outside door handle to push the rod in the actuator.

Two leading candidate parts to source in my mind were

Lock rod (#17 on page below)
Frame assembly (#5 on page below)

Page https://www.lexusoeparts.com/v-2010-lexus-gs350--base--3-5l-v6-gas/body--lock-and-hardware

However neither of these diagrams look like what i saw.

Attached is a picture of the fork part that snapped off and a picture of where it was connected inside the door cavity. Any help on what to buy to fix? Also more info on how to get to the interior assembly to work with it would be much appreciated as there's a big lack of this kind of info online. Many thanks!

part that snapped off

where it snapped off from the interior part of where the exterior door handle connects and activates when pulled

me pulling down on the part that moves down when the outside door handle is pulled out. green part at center left is where the fork snapped from

You might consider trying going on craigslist, offer up, Facebook marketplace and looking for a partout. Or going to car-part.com and see what the junkyards in your area have.

Thank you. First time with that experience, if i found a junk yard that has the car style, do i ask them to part it out and quote it? Because if so, will need help to identify the pictured part in order to ask reasonably Thanks for your time and help!
