Window problems

What’s up everyone! Just bought my first gs! It’s an 06 gs300. I just had the alternator replaced and now the only window that works is the driver window. I did research before posting as did my buddy who’s a mechanic. If it’s not the reset does anyone have any idea what would allow the driver window to work but none of the others????? Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated!!!!

You have to initialize each window from its own switch.
