HELP! No Audio/hears pop noise(07 GS350)
I have an 07 GS 350 that's been running good for years, so last week i was driving on a decent hot weather and i started hearing a crank noise from the speakers. Radio wasn't on blast just normal tone and the crank noise eventually went away. But as soon as i shut off the car to get gas....once i restarted the car engine, i heard 1 or 2 pop-noise can't really tell if it was from the front/back speakers. It's been doing the pop-noise since and NO AUDIO from any speakers. The radio/cd LCD panels on the dashboard are perfectly working and i can see CD Track playing just no audio. I changed the speakers settings around and other mode still no luck....i restarted my car battery and check all the fuses that relates to 'Audio system' none are broken....from what i read online this is probably a problem with the Amp gone bad. Just need to know if that is the case of my vehicle amp is done, and if anyone else have experienced the same pop-noise upon engine starts on your Lexus. Before i look for a replacement amp which is not so cheap. Also, if anyone have any recommendation of audio repair/test shop around Los Angeles.
I attached the actual photo of the amp from the trunk area of my vehicle.
Thanks for you help and reading!

Just to clarify, if my problem is the amp and i just need to find a replacement. I won't be dealing with any soldering, correct? Just those 4 connectors installations...

Yes that is right, it is straight forward, no soldering. i did mine few months back. a 10mm ratchet with extension rod is all you need. took me 10 min. I bought mine from hollanderparts.com (online junk yard) for less than 100$. I experienced the exact problem you are describing. make sure you get the right part# (written on your amp)

I know I'm a bit late here but just want to confirm that the amp you bought from toyotastock.com didn't have any problems. Want to make sure I won't get scammed ordering parts from them.
