Direct injectors spray into the combustion chamber and sit in the heads. Port injector s spray into the manifold right before the intake valves

I was driving to work I noticed the vehicle started miss firing to vehicle to the shop shop worker advised me that I had an open closed circuit on injector number 4 he checked the wiring found nothing replaced the ecm and the injector driver and the coil pack on that cylinder still nothing can someone help me the vehicle is a gs 350 2010 AWD with about 150k on the dash vehicle was well maintained

Lexus LS 460 VSC and fuel injector open circuit
Hi, I have a Lexus Ls 460 with the exact same problem, I get the same error. I've swapped the injectors, checked wiring, swapped spark plugs and ignition coils, but the injector 4 error remains... I've done everything possible, what's the outcome of your lexus? thanks anyway!

Did you ever fixed your problem on the fuel injector open circuit? I jus got the same issue, swapped coils, injectors, checked the harness. Motor runs rough , check engine is one with warning to check my VSC system. Codes read P0204 and P0304.
there was no warning and it just came on one morning. I know I’m going to get reamed at the Lexus dealership.
